Great quality, good service

I ordered the 'Library Scented Candle' and a 'Gothic Home Decor' piece. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, no real hiccups. Delivery took about 6 days to get to my place in California, which was within the estimated timeframe. The packaging was very secure; everything arrived in perfect condition. The candle scent throw is quite good, not overpowering but noticeable, and the gothic decor item felt solid and well-made. I had a quick question about candle care after it arrived, and customer service responded to my email within a few hours with a helpful answer. Overall, a smooth experience.

Consistently good quality

This was my third time ordering from Wick Wish, and they've been consistently reliable. I first bought some 'Bookish Wax Melts' and a 'Wick Trimmer' a few months ago, and then a 'Character Inspired Perfume'. This time I went for a 'Literary Tea Lights' set. Each order has been accurate, and the products always arrive safely packaged. The quality of their scents and accessories hasn't dipped at all, which is why I keep coming back. It's nice to know what to expect.

Decent products, slow shipping

I got the 'Fantasy Inspired Scents' room spray and a 'Bookish Enamel Pin'. The room spray smells nice, not too strong, and the pin is good quality. My only complaint was the shipping. It took nearly 8 days to get to me, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores. Customer service answered my tracking query quickly, which was a plus. The value was okay for the price, but faster delivery would make it a much better experience.

Loved my mystery box!

Oh my goodness, I just got my 'Mystery Book Box' and it's amazing! Everything inside was so cute and perfectly themed. I'm already planning my next order. You HAVE to try them out!

How do Wick Wish candles compare to Frostbeard Studio? Looking for strong, bookish scents that actually fill a room.

J Julia W. 1 month ago

I've tried both! Wick Wish has some really unique fantasy ones, and their scent throw is usually pretty decent. Maybe not *as* strong as Frostbeard sometimes, but still good.

R Ryan 1 month ago

Wick Wish scents are more nuanced, I think. Frostbeard can be super strong, almost too much for me sometimes. Wick Wish still fills the room but in a softer way.

Hey, thinking about grabbing a few candles and some body butter. Is Wick Wish actually legit? Like, will my stuff show up?

I Ivy Nguyen 2 months ago

Yeah, totally legit. I've ordered from them a few times and everything always arrived, usually pretty quick too.

They're good. Got a gift box for my sister last Christmas and it was perfect. No issues at all with the order.

What's the return policy like if a scent just isn't for me? Is it a hassle to send stuff back?

C Cleo Carter 2 months ago

I had to return a candle once, it was super easy. Just filled out a form on their site and they gave me instructions. No fuss.

R Rachel W. 2 months ago

Returns were pretty straightforward for me too. They're usually pretty good about it as long as it's within the window.

I saw some influencer codes floating around on Instagram. Can I use one of those AND the newsletter sign up discount? Or is it one or the other?

P Phil Reyes 2 months ago

Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code per order. They usually auto-apply bundle discounts though.

S Sam Hughes 1 month ago

Yeah, they don't let you stack codes. Tried it once, didn't work. Had to pick the better one.

Are the Wick Wish candles actually vegan? Just wanna make sure before I buy a bunch.

E Emma Doyle 1 month ago

Yup, they use soy wax and everything is cruelty-free. It says so on their site if you check the product pages.

N Noor N. 1 month ago

Confirmed, I specifically looked into this before my first purchase. They're good to go.

My discount code isn't working at checkout, anyone else have this issue? It's just a regular influencer one.

F Faith K. 2 months ago

Make sure you're not trying to use it with another discount, they don't let you combine them. Also check for typos!

E Emma Hughes 2 months ago

Sometimes if there's an automatic bundle discount going on, it overrides manual codes. Check if that's happening maybe?

Does anyone know how long shipping usually takes for Wick Wish orders to, say, California? Trying to time a gift.

N Nina Patel 2 months ago

I'm in SoCal, usually get my stuff within a week, maybe 8-10 days max during busy times.

L Laura Bennett 2 months ago

Hmm, I'm up north and it was about 5-7 days for my last order. I think it depends on how fast they process it too.
